Clean My Home Tampa LLC (“Clean My Home Tampa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you visit cleanmyhometampa.com, send us a quote inquiry, or submit information through a Google Ads lead form that links to this policy.

Information we collect

When you use a website quote form, we receive the information you submit. Depending on the form, this may include:

• Your name, email address, and phone number;
• The street address, optional apartment or unit, city, state, and ZIP code for the home or property;
• The cleaning service you are asking about and preferred timing or frequency;
• Home or property details, such as bedroom and bathroom counts, approximate size, occupancy, turnover timing, or linen and supply details; and
• Any additional details you choose to put in a notes field.

Not every form asks for every item. The current website forms require name, email, phone, ZIP code, and requested service. Street address, apartment or unit, city, and state are optional. The more detailed form also asks for applicable home or property and scope details. It does not have a photo or file-upload field. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, entry or lockbox codes, government identification, or other sensitive information in a form or email.

When you use a Google-hosted lead form, Google collects the fields shown in that form and provides submitted lead information to us through the delivery method configured in Google Ads. The planned form is expected to request your name, phone number, and service ZIP code. The actual fields will be those displayed in the form when you submit it. Google also processes information as described in Google’s Privacy Policy.

Website and advertising measurement information. Our website uses a Google tag for advertising measurement. The tag may collect information about your browser or device and how you use the site, including a quote-request-submitted event when a website quote form is successfully submitted. Google may use cookies or similar technologies in connection with its services. Learn more in How Google uses cookies and Google’s Privacy Policy. We have not verified or catalogued every identifier or data element Google may process through the tag; Google’s policies explain its own practices.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses a JavaScript beacon to report page views and page-performance metrics. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors’ personal data. Learn more in Cloudflare Web Analytics documentation.

Our website is hosted by Vercel. When your browser requests a page or submits a form, Vercel may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. Website quote submissions are sent to our business email through Namecheap Private Email. Those providers process information to provide their services and under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

How we use information

We use information submitted in a quote inquiry to:

• Review the requested cleaning service and service area;
• Contact you about that inquiry, ask relevant follow-up questions, and discuss the proposed scope and price;
• If you choose to proceed, support the requested cleaning service and related customer communications; and
• Protect, operate, troubleshoot, and improve our website and measure whether our advertising leads to quote inquiries.

A quote inquiry is not a booking or confirmation of availability. Submitting information does not by itself accept a quote or create a service agreement.

We expect to follow up on a Google-hosted lead by phone. A request for a quote is not consent to receive unrelated marketing texts or automated marketing calls. Any separate marketing communication or consent request will be presented separately where required.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website, receive and deliver inquiries, or measure advertising, including:

• Google, for Google-hosted lead forms and Google advertising measurement;
• Cloudflare, for Web Analytics page-view and page-performance metrics;
• Vercel, for website hosting and related delivery/security functions; and
• Namecheap Private Email, for email transmission and business email service.

Google-hosted lead information is collected within Google Ads and then made available to us through the lead-delivery method selected in that account. Google’s collection and use of information is also subject to Google’s own terms and privacy disclosures. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to respond to a lawful request or protect rights, safety, or the integrity of our services.

We do not use inquiry information to build or sell customer lists. This statement does not change the separate disclosure above that Google receives website advertising-measurement information through the Google tag.

How long we keep information; deletion requests

We do not currently have a documented fixed retention period or routine deletion schedule for quote inquiries in our business email. We keep inquiry information in the systems that receive it while we review and handle the request; those systems may have their own backups, logs, or retention practices. Google Ads currently states that it stores lead-form data for 60 days; lead delivery and access depend on the settings in the Google Ads account. See About lead form assets.

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted by emailing carlos@cleanmyhometampa.com. We will review the request and take action where we can. We cannot promise deletion from a provider’s systems, backups, or records that must be kept for a legal or business reason.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Google tag may use or interact with cookies or similar technologies for advertising measurement. Google explains its cookie practices and available controls at How Google uses cookies. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. We have not confirmed whether a separate cookie-choice tool or opt-out mechanism is configured on our website.

Security

We use third-party services to host the website and handle email. Website quote submissions are transmitted to our email provider using a TLS-protected connection. No website, email service, or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, entry codes, or other highly sensitive information through our quote form or ordinary email.

Links to other websites

Our website may link to third-party sites, including social and business-profile pages. Those sites are not operated by us, and their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before providing information to them.
